Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu continued his impressive form, scoring twice which powers Trabzonspor to 3-1 comeback victory against Konyaspor in the Turkish Süper Lig on Saturday.
Trabzonspor faced an early setback when an own goal by Okay Yokuşlu in the 17th minute put Konyaspor ahead. However, Onuachu leveled the score with a penalty in the 43rd minute and added a second goal in the 50th minute, turning the tide in favor of the home side. Ernest Muçi sealed the victory with a goal in the 56th minute.
Onuachu’s brace brings his season tally to 11 goals, placing him among the top scorers in the league. His recent performances have been instrumental in Trabzonspor’s ascent in the standings, now just two points behind league leaders Galatasaray.
