Thousands of FC Bayern Munich supporters are expected to descend on Madrid ahead of their high-stakes clash at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, with plans for a coordinated fan march set to energize the city.
While official figures indicate 3,875 travelling supporters**, reports suggest the actual number could be significantly higher as fans from across Europe converge on the Spanish capital.
Supporters are scheduled to gather at Plaza de Castilla, from where they will embark on a two-kilometre march toward the stadium.
The procession is expected to create a sea of red through Madrid, building momentum and atmosphere ahead of kickoff in one of European football’s most iconic venues.
Fan group Club Nr. 12 has issued a rallying call to supporters, urging unity and full backing for the team.
“On a good day, we can lay the foundation for progressing in Madrid. The emphasis is on WE.”
“Be loud, be relentless. Fewer videos, more clapping, linking arms and jumping.”
The message reflects a push for collective energy over passive supporti, emphasizing atmosphere as a potential factor in the outcome of the match.
Although ticket allocations are capped, many additional Bayern fans are expected to travel without match tickets, contributing to a broader presence across Madrid.
Such scenes are typical of major European nights, where fan culture extends beyond the stadium into the city itself.
The encounter at the Bernabéu carries major significance, with Bayern aiming to secure a positive result in hostile territory.
Supporters believe their presence, both inside and outside the stadium, can play a crucial role in inspiring the team during a decisive phase of the competition.
For Bayern fans, this is more than a trip — it’s a mission. And in Madrid, their voices may prove just as important as the action on the pitch.
