JOÃO PEDRO SIGNS NEW CHELSEA DEAL UNTIL 2032

Chelsea forward João Pedro has signed a new contract that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until June 2032, with the agreement also understood to include a salary increase and an option to extend beyond 2032.

The 24-year-old Brazilian has now put pen to paper on the improved terms, formally securing his long-term future with the Blues after an impressive first season at the club.

The new agreement reinforces Chelsea’s commitment to Pedro as a key part of the club’s long-term project. Fabrizio Romano reported that the relevant documents have been approved and the contract signed.

Pedro joined Chelsea from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2025 and made an immediate impact, notably scoring twice in the Club World Cup semi-final before finding the net again in the final against Paris Saint-Germain. Chelsea’s own review confirms his rapid impact following his arrival.

The new deal also brings an end to recent speculation surrounding the forward’s future, with reports of interest from other major European clubs.
